Sally Land Tourist Village is 3 star village situated in Nuweibaa on Gulf of Aqaba, the village has 70 simple rooms built in Nubian-Bedouin style and distributed in 2 rows of bungalows.
They feature all necessities and are equipped with shower and toilet (water is partly salty) and individual air conditioning for the summer; all have sea view from the small patio outside each cottage.
The restaurant with outside terrace at the main building, directly on the beach, is serving traditional Egyptian and international dishes, Coffee shop and bar
The main building reception is provided with lobby lounge, television and international telephone. On the beach shades, sitting and lying areas are for free.

Changes in existing reservations are subject to availability and may cause (depending on allottments) to change the Hotel. Cancellations within 7 days after order confirmation and in any case before check-in date, Memphis Tours will refund the whole amount, deducting 1 day/night each booked room plus 10 % bank fees. In all other cases no refund is admitted.
Cancellations for reasons beyond control of Memphis Tours and their suppliers, such as civil and war events, terroristic activities, etc, as well as natural disasters are not refundable.
In case of any cancellation, change of reservation or missed arrival (No-Show) Dunia LLC will charge 15.00 Euro administrative fees in order to maintain all documents for the time of one year at the disposal of the customer and the hotel.
